By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

The Viral Edge agrees to provide website design and development services as outlined in the agreed proposal, invoice, or statement of work. Services may include:

Website design and layout

Website development and launch

Basic on-page SEO setup

Forms, automations, or integrations (if included)

Any services not explicitly listed are outside the scope and may require additional fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all required content (text, images, logos, branding assets) in a timely manner

Ensure they own or have rights to all provided materials

Review and approve deliverables promptly

Respond to communication requests without unreasonable delay

Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice

Payment is due according to the stated payment schedule

Deposits and setup fees are non-refundable

Final website launch may be withheld until full payment is received

Late payments may result in paused work or suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Changes

Revisions are limited to those outlined in the agreed scope

Additional revisions, redesigns, or scope changes may incur additional fees

Requests outside the original scope will require written approval and updated pricing

5. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by:

Client feedback

Content submission

Third-party platforms or hosting providers

may extend the delivery date without penalty to The Viral Edge.

6. Website Launch & Acceptance

Upon project completion:

The Client is responsible for final review and approval

Once approved and launched, the website is considered accepted

Any changes requested after launch may be considered new work

7. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services

Unless otherwise stated:

Hosting, domains, and third-party software are the responsibility of the Client

The Viral Edge is not responsible for outages, platform changes, or third-party failures

Ongoing maintenance or support is not included unless specified in writing

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client owns the final website design and content

The Viral Edge retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio and marketing materials

The Company retains ownership of any proprietary systems, frameworks, or templates used

9. Limitation of Liability

The Viral Edge is not liable for:

Loss of revenue, data, or profits

Website downtime or security breaches

Performance results, rankings, or conversion outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

10. No Guarantees

While best practices are used, The Viral Edge does not guarantee:

Specific conversion rates

Search engine rankings

Revenue outcomes

Website performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. If terminated:

The Client is responsible for payment for work completed

Deposits and completed work remain non-refundable

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Viral Edge operates.

14. Amendments

The Viral Edge reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised date.
